EPIC ATHLETE VILLAGE
THE place. To gather. To mend body and bike. To celebrate. Commiserate. To drop a buck in the communal swear jar.
Not an expo. An immersion environment.
The Epic Athlete Village isn’t a trade show with a race attached to it. It’s the beating heart of Epic Week — a seven-day pocket universe where riders, supporters, fans, and industry gather in the same place, at the same time, with shared purpose. Conversations start here. Friendships form here. People come back because of this place.
Every start and finish is within a mile of the Village. Which means athletes return to it, repeatedly, every single day of the race. They don’t pass through — they live here for a week. That changes the nature of every interaction that happens inside it.
For athletes, it’s home base: the place to get your bike dialed, your body worked on, your nutrition sorted, and your head right before the next stage. For our partners and exhibitors, it’s something rarer — seven uninterrupted days with the most engaged, loyal, and performance-focused riders in the sport.

Rider Services
Breck Epic has assembled a world-class support network for the 2026 field. Here’s who’s in your corner:
Neutral Support — Available to Every Rider, Every Day
Orange Seal (Title Partner) – Epic’s title partner and the backbone of our on-course and in-village neutral support. Orange Seal’s team is on hand throughout the week to help any rider, regardless of what’s in their kit or on their bike.
Shimano (Presenting Partner) – Shimano’s neutral support team covers drivetrain and component needs for all riders. If something’s off, they’ll get you sorted.
Hunt Wheels (Official & Exclusive Wheel Partner) – Hunt is the exclusive wheel support provider for Breck Epic 2026, offering neutral wheel support to every rider across every wheel brand. Broken spoke, bent rim, mystery wobble — Hunt’s got it.
AID 4 — Presented by Skratch Labs (Official Recovery Station) – New in 2026: a dedicated recovery station at Aid 4, presented by Skratch Labs. Fueling, hydration, and nutrition support for all riders, on course where you need it most.
Feedback Sports Self-Service Tech Bays – Many of you know your way around a bottom bracket, brake caliper or b-tensions screw. But traveling with a full set of tools isn’t practical. That’s why we worked with Feedback Sports to create tented tech bays stocked with bike stands, a trueing station, and all the tools you need to provide a mini spa day for your babycakes.
CommonSpirit Health (Official & Exclusive Medical Partner) – CommonSpirit Health is Epic’s medical partner, on site throughout the week to provide athlete care. Whether it’s a crash assessment, a nagging issue, or something more serious — they’re here.
Bike Storage and Valet – We’ve got a place for you to stash your babycakes. Right in our ops room. It’s safe, secure, well-lit and then safe some more. Staffed 23 hours/day (because some of us never leave).
Nightly Rider Meetings & Packet Pickup – Whether you’re grabbing your number plate and Breck Bucks or circling back for nightly awards, a stage recap or a preview of the next day’s stage, the EAV’s BWT (Big White Tent) is THE (the) place.
Aid Bag Drop-off & Pickup – Drop your bags off from 6:30-7:30am each morning at the corresponding tower for Aid 1, 2 or 3. Pick ’em back up every afternoon to reload.
Squirt Lube Bike Wash – Epic’s official (and environmentally friendly) lube and cleaning supply partner. Squirt stocks the bike wash with biodegradeable cleaning supplies while Beaver Run Resort lends us a gazillion tiny towels and lots and lots of water. When you’ve spit-shined your whip, you’ll find plenty of Squirt Chain Lube on hand – it’s magic in these mountains.
Breck Epic Company Store This is where you redeem your Breck Bucks, grab yourself a hoodie, or wonder “Are there stickers?” (Please…of course there are stickers.)
Volunteer Check-in / Epic Ops & Staff Room / Medical Control All of Epic’s central systems, immediately adjacent to the EAV

Vail Summit Orthopaedics Post-race physical therapy and professional bodywork, provided by the region’s leading orthopedic and sports medicine practice. Ideal for targeted recovery, injury management, or just keeping the machine running smoothly across six stages.
Mountain Massage On-site massage therapy available throughout Epic Week. Book early — these slots fill fast.
Beaver Run Spa Full spa and massage services at the host property, just steps from the Village. Because sometimes you need more than a foam roller.
A Note to Athletes
The Village is designed around you. Not around vendor footprint or revenue targets — around the simple idea that if we take care of our athletes at every level, everyone wins. Our partners are here because they clear one bar: does their presence make your week better? If the answer isn’t yes, they’re not here.

FOR VENDORS & EXHIBITORS
Not an Expo. An Immersion Environment.
Why the Village Is Different
Most events give you a booth, a crowd that walks by, and seven hours to make an impression. A thousand 60-second conversations. Breck Epic provides high-touch, yet meaningfully invisible white glove service to its field. We anticipate need, then get out in front of it. We treat our riders as if they were guests in our house, visiting for a long weekend. It’s a “Lemme show you the secret stashes” mentality hybridized with a little bit of, “You’re also gonne get good towels. And the beer you like will be in the fridge”. The Epic Athlete Village is an extension of that. It places you into a host’s role–just like us–which is significant and meaningful.
The EAV gives you not seven minutes, but seven days. The same 600 athletes, 300 volunteers, and 1,500+ supporters, returning to the same space every single day of the race. That’s not foot traffic. That’s relationship time.
The Village is built to facilitate interaction, not to drive Epic revenue. Which means the environment is relaxed, the conversations are genuine, and your brand isn’t competing with noise — it’s embedded in an experience that people will be talking about for years.
Who You’re Reaching
- 600 athletes from 41 states and 21 countries
- 1,500+ supporters, friends, and family in attendance
- 300 dedicated volunteers and nearly 100 staff
- 30,000+ destination visitors in Breckenridge during Epic Week
- 4 million people within 90 minutes of the venue
- A 12-person content team producing and distributing assets daily
The attendees? They aren’t casual participants. They’re committed, performance-focused riders who have built their lives around the sport. They research gear, they trust brands that show up, and they remember who was there.
What the Village Offers
The Village is not a rigid sponsorship package. It’s a flexible platform. Depending on your goals, your presence here can function as a hospitality hub, a product trial environment, a loyalty touchpoint with existing customers, a content production backdrop, or simply a place to have the kinds of real conversations that don’t happen at a trade show.
Options range from a targeted two-day pop-up to a full week of activation. We’ll work with you to build something that fits your objectives and your budget.
A few things that make it easy:
- All starts and finishes within one mile of the Village
- Flat space, power, water, and amenities
- Easy load-in and load-out
- Nominal space costs
- Deeply discounted lodging for exhibitors
- Two-minute walk to Breckenridge’s Main Street
- We’ll connect you with personal chefs, bike shops, coffee, dining, and everything else you need for the week
The EAV is the Hub
All rider meetings take place here. The bike wash and valet are here. Aid bag drop and pickup is here. The cookies? They’re here. Same with the merchandise store, the ops room, and the content team…all here. The throughlines? Community. Energy. JOY.
