Packet Pickup Schedule
2025 6-day rider and Epic-curious riders (stages 1-3)
Packet pickup begins at 2pm on Saturday, August 9 at the Epic Athlete Village located at Beaver Run Resort (620 Village Road, Breckenridge – Map). Just head to the big white tent on the southern edge of the parking lot. We’ll keep pickup open until dark or 9pm (whichever comes later). U23 & Juniors riders can pick up at this time also.
Notes
- The Epic Merchandise Store opens at 1pm on Saturday, August 9, 2025.
- Campers can check in at noon on Saturday, August 9 at the Steven C West Ice Arena. No earlier please (or you will be asked to leave until our permitted time allotment officially starts.)
Epic-curious event (stages 4-6) or the Mega Epic
Please swing by the tent from 2pm-7pm on Tuesday, August 13th to grab your gear. Of course – if you happen to be in town on Saturday – come on by and we’ll get you lined out for your race.
In Leadville and can’t make it? No problem. Come see us at crack-thirty in the morning. That’s 6:30am (beware – too many of you opting in here will make you late for your start. Do your damndest to get your patootie to packet pickup on Saturday. You don’t get to be poopie if you’re a Sunday packet pickup guy/girl.)
U23’s & Juniors – Stages 2-4
Pick up your packets during the rider meeting AFTER Stage One on Sunday, August 10. This rider meeting is located at the Riverwalk Center in Downtown Breck. We’ll be ready for you at 3pm, but you can pick up your stuff before the rider’s meeting, during, or after. Plan on attending that rider meeting tho and sticking around for 20 minutes afterward for a brief race meeting for your field only.
